The techniques that we use the most to customize the promotional merchandising and clothes are:
Screen printing: printing technique involving the use of a silk frame that is put between the ink and the customizable product. It’s usually used on fabrics like cotton, nylon, jute, polyester, and sometimes also on flat products made in plastic such as notebooks, boxes, rulers, guaranteeing intense colors that persist in time.
Fort articles like clima bottles or mugs circular screen printing are used because it allows 360° printing;
Pad printing: this is the most used printing process because it’s applicable on different shapes (pens, USB drive, keyrings), fast and cheap. It involves the use of a colored silicone pad, which when pressed on the object, accurately, imprints the logo exactly like a stamp;
Embroidery: the classic technique used to stylishly customize and embellish clothes or fabric products like t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, backpacks, and blankets sewing the logo with fabric threads. It allows embossed customization, which enhances the logo. Moreover, it resists very well through time even after many washing cycles.
Sublimation: transfers the ink on the products via heat and pressure of a press that transforms the ink into a gas, penetrating directly into the material and obtaining lasting customization, faithful to the original design and in high definition four-color printing. It’s perfect for products with a white background made of ceramic or fabrics like cotton;
Laser: colorless customization technique used on metal and wood products like keyrings, mugs, or pens. The logo is created using an extremely precise laser ray that allows obtaining an elegant, refined, and long-lasting result;
Transfer: printing techniques perfect for backpacks, drawstrings, and bags when you wish to imprint a very colorful high definition logo that has multiple nuances or a photo;
Hot printing: used on leather or synthetic leather, it allows to imprint a logo using heat on products such as wallets, notebooks, and keyrings obtaining promotional articles with unique and refined designs;
Doming: involves the application of a layer of resin on a printed paper that creates a 3D and enlargement effect, perfect for customizing tags, keyrings, and USB drives;
UV digital printing: perfect to quickly customize flat or curved surfaces made of PVC or plastic, guaranteeing a high quality long lasting four-colors printing.
