@HOME SERVICE
The exclusive @home service about ColumbusPromo consists of the delivery of products, gifts, and kits directly to the addressees’ home, for example, customers and employees, to answer the needs to arrive for everybody that is working at home.
PACKAGING
We are occupied with the packaging and creation of kits, and if you want, you can choose between customization solutions such as specific packaging or gift boxes.
DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery via express courier (24/48h) at the addressee’s home. An email notification will alert the addressee about the delivery status and they will be able to monitor it thanks to the attached tracking.
The data of your customers and employees will be processed in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Some examples of kits that we have made?
1.Welcome Kit
Welcome kits are made for remote onboarding about the new employees, with the need to deliver it at the single addressees’ homes. A simple way, but efficacy to pass down the corporate values at newly hired and allow them to feel part of the team.
The Welcome Kit has been designed and customized in line with the brand identity, so we put into this: a pen, a hand sanitizing gel, stickers, cards, and a clima bottle. These articles are wrapped into a box with an elegant corporate graphic all over the surface, that we put into a backpack that is made about our creative team that embellished it with a logo. In the end, the backpack was put into a kraft box which is customized with the corporate logo.
This project was born with the partnership with Columbus Logistics which is handled to make the kits, and when these are ready, to deliver them at single addressees’ home with an exclusive @home service.
2.Franchising stores kits and customers kits
On occasion to the opening of the first franchising stores, the customer gave to ColumbusPromo the creation of many promotional products dedicated to the stores and the respective customers.
In particular, we have created and made banners, flyers, flyers holders made in plexiglass and glass decal for the fitting of stores. Indeed, we have realized different articles to the fidelity of the news customers: documents small folders, smartphone car chargers, magnetic smartphone holders, pens, regenerated leather keyrings. All products are projected and made in line with the corporation’s brand identity.
The customers ask to organize four years delivery to the single stores and also, in this case, the partnership with Columbus Logistics we allow to make single kits and organize the delivery starting at the customer needs
3.Safety kit
To dedicate an initiative in the name of safety and security to its employees, the customer commissioned the creation of two customized kits. We made two types of kits where the unique difference is the customization. Due kits are made by the Columbus Logistics team and they are composed with hands sanitizing alcohol gel, antibacterial spray, an antibacterial multifunctional keyring, and an FFP2 face mask that is crafted into a handy transparent PVC case. All gadgets are put into a case with a transparent PVC slide closer.
4. Resort kit
On the occasion of the inauguration of some resorts, the customer chooses the ColumbusPromo team to create the ad hoc Winter Kit with premium articles that are used to fitting the buildings and their staff.
These are the products that we are made: professional kitchen apron with pocket matching with the elegant notebook orders made in synthetic leather; a warm and soft blanket made in a wool blend and a refined runner with napkin coordinate that are Made in Italy; soft and comfortable decor pillows that are perfect also to the outdoors, and to finish, a retro cooler with 50’ years design. All products are wrapped into the kits that are delivered to the single resorts.
5.Online event kits
On the occasion of a corporate online event, the customer contacts us to make customized sweatshirts dedicated to this event and other articles to gift to every employee.
The sweatshirts are designed for this specific event and customized in every detail with an ad hoc logo. To complete the kit, other customized products, in particular a clima bottle, a wireless charger, a notebook, and a smartphone cover. All products are wrapped in an elegant kraft box that is customized with the customer logo.
Thanks to the @home service, we have delivered all kits to all participants of the event.
6.ColumbusPromo @home coffee pods
This project was born from the desire to make all ColumbusPromo employees feel important and help them to have the right energy charge during their remote working days. We have designed a kit consisting of 31 coffee pods, one for each day of the week, and a personalized mug.
All products are wrapped into a kraft box with refined customization all on the surface and delivered, thanks to our @home service, at our employees’ homes. But the cuddles don’t finish here. The delivery service of coffee pods capsules is continuous: in fact, we arrive every month to our employees with this precious energy charge.
